Goooooood morning! I don’t know about you guys, but I cannot accomplish a single thing until I’ve had my morning coffee. It’s not even the caffeine that I need, there’s just something so comforting and happy about a warm cup of coffee that makes it the perfect way to start the day!

Since I’ve had to go gluten free for Shiloh (blog post coming on this), I’ve had to make some modifications to my usual coffee order, and I actually love this new recipe even more than my original non-gf/df version!

I start by brewing a standard cup of coffee on the Keurig (10 oz., because, duh). Christian & I both love this brand.

All I do from there is add a bit of this creamer (any dairy free creamer works – there’s nothing too special about this one in my opinion, but it does the trick). And throw in 1 tsp. of this natural sweetner. The sweetner is my favorite part. No chemicals or harsh ingredients & it seriously tastes SO good!! It’s pretty thick & sticky, so i just leave the measuring spoon in my coffee to let it melt off by itself.

So there you have it – my super easy, allergy-friendly, morning cup of Joe!
